Bruce Vaught, LMT (License #MT-24762) is the founder and president of Heart to Hands Massage Therapy LLC, is an Arizona native and also a USAF veteran. He attended the Arizona School of Massage Therapy (Tempe), eventually joining the staff as an education Teaching Assistant before his appointment as the student Clinic Manager.
As a licensed therapist in private practice, Bruce conducts his ethical practice with the highest standards of professionalism, care and compassion. As a former competitive Iron-distance triathlete, marathon runner, and long distance cyclist, he understands the unique needs of athletes and active adults. Bruce's integrated protocols include sports stretching and lengthening of tissue to increase flexibility and range of motion. He also offers hot stone therapy and soft tissue massage for athletes recovering from injuries.
In addition to his therapy, Bruce is a local performing musician, a singer/songwriter and recording artist, and is a volunteer musician providing bedside and virtual music at the Phoenix Veterans Hospital.
Kelsey Matarese, LMT (License #MT-25907) is the Lead Therapist at Heart to Hands Massage Therapy LLC, and a native of Chicago. She attended Cortiva Institute (formerly Arizona School of Massage Therapy, Tempe).
As a licensed private practice therapist, Kelsey brings a kindness and soft spirit to her sessions. Her work is client-centered and focused, using her intuition to guide her as she meets her clients' tissues to create a flow that brings relaxation. Kelsey specializes in soft tissue work along the cervical spine (neck region) while working with clients to create a treatment plan that addresses structural and postural imbalances. She also enjoys working with minors involved in sports to introduce them to the benefits of massage therapy.
Kelsey is also an avid award-winning photographer whose work has been published in several periodicals. She is largely responsible for the artwork you'll see on display on our office walls that is based on her solid knowledge of anatomy. She loves immersing in and taking photos of nature, a reflection of her earthly soul. Outside of massage therapy, her true love and passion is nurturing and training dogs. Kelsey has worked with professional dog trainers across the country and is currently the loving mother of two fur babies, Buddy and Daisy.
